India and China will hold the 13th round of military-level talks on Sunday, aimed at resolving the stand-off at various points of friction along the LAC in Ladakh. The talks will begin at 10:30 (IST) in the morning, on the Chinese side at Moldo, Army sources said. The situation at Hot Springs is likely to be discussed, they added.
