A 34-year-old deputy mamlatdar of Ranavav taluka in Porbandar district, is set to undergo Sex Reassignment Surgery (SRS) in the next couple of years. Nilesh Mehta, who is already in the preliminary stage of SRS will be rechristened as Bijal Mehta, once the procedure gets over.
