On December 11, in UP's Firozabad's district mass marriage program was organized in the Block Development Office , in which 51 couples of the area were married. A complaint has been lodged in the police station against the brother who married his sister, in the greed of 35 thousand rupees and goods to be received under the scheme by the state government. In order to meet the target, the officials prepared the bride and groom pairs in a fake manner. A taylor named Sonu, the resident of a village in Pachokhara District, along with Firoz Khan, a sanitation worker of the same village, are being said to be responsible for the preparation of many fake couples for the mass marriage. The girl Jyoti told that Firoz Khan, the sweeper in the village, had taken her to the wedding ceremony by luring her to get utensils and money.
