Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt wedding is the flavour of the week but the last few days have sent Ranbir's neighbours into a tizzy. The residents in question sent a complaint to the Pali Hill Residents' Association (PHRA) last evening, which in turn made the PHRA call a senior cop to intervene.
