A mentally retarded woman from Dhanbad has given birth to a baby girl under the tree, The woman is telling her name as Hirpatiya Devi, and seems to be mentally disabled. Seeing this poignant situation, Santosh Kumar Rai, District President of Dhanbad Committee Health Department, called the ambulance to get her proper treatment. After this, she were admitted to the hospital, as well as the newborn baby has been admitted to the NICU. Along with this, an appeal has been made to the Dhanbad district administration to make proper arrangements for their rehabilitation along with proper treatment.
