Former Indian fast bowling all-rounder Irfan Pathan, who was at the heart of India Legends' triumphant Road Safety World Series campaign, broke the Internet after sharing an adorable picture of his young son. Irfan revealed the heartwarming pictures in a short clip via his official Instagram handle.

The dashing all-rounder rolled back the years with several swashbuckling cameos in the recently concluded RSWS and Legends League Cricket, leading his side to the finals in the latter. Irfan took to the social media platform to share a brief snippet of his early playing days along with his young one. The duo, quite expectedly, had a lot in common, especially the curly hairs, which the senior Pathan donned in his heydays.

"Introducing mini me to the world. SULEIMAN KHAN," his Instagram post read.

The fans were swooning over the cuteness of Irfan's child and were quick to point out the striking resemblance between the father-son duo.

'Playing two leagues was obviously not easy when I signed up', Irfan opened up on his hectic schedule

Irfan and his older brother Yusuf were recently seen in action for the Bhilwara Kings in the second edition of the LLC. Irfan, who led the side to the summit clash against India Capitals, failed to get his side over the line in the finale after clinching the RSWS trophy for the India Legends just a few days ago.

The former Indian ace revealed the struggles of playing back-to-back matches in two different competitions simultaneously after quitting the game. He thanked the legendary Sachin Tendulkar for his support throughout the tiresome campaign.

"It was the toughest journey as far as the travel is concerned. Playing two leagues was obviously not easy when I signed up for this. But without the support of Sachin Paji, both league owners, and our franchise owner Riju, it wouldn't have been possible."

"It was very very difficult. I remember that 7-8 matches we played, and on a same day, we travelled for 2-2.5 hours flight. And on top of that as well, on some occasions, because of the rain, the flight, the smaller aircraft which we were taking, it was getting delayed nearly every day," said Irfan.
